The iQ2880's drive canisters include an FC-SATA bridge module that allows high-capacity SATA2 drives to be utilized within the same enclosure. Each iQ2880 supports up to 15 drives providing 6TB of storage capacity using 400GB FC4 or 15TB using 1TB SATA2 drives, and can scale to 96TB with FC or 240TB with SATA2 drives, offering high capacity and increased throughput.
