"Our editors are tough, in-the-trenches critics," Paulsen continued. "They demand solid value and performance from the products they select. Editor's Best Award winners can feel proud that the products and services they developed have earned the respect and recognition of the Windows IT Pro editorial staff. "
The iQstor iQ2880 is a 4Gb/s Fibre Channel (FC) storage system with integrated and user-friendly data protection software including volume management-based virtualization, snapshot, mirroring, remote replication, storage provisioning and policy-driven capacity growth. Designed for small and medium enterprises (SME), the iQstor iQ2880 storage system provides high performance and value for primary and secondary storage applications.
"IT administrators want a total solution to solve their growing storage requirements," said Jason Lo, president and CEO of iQstor Networks. Each iQ2880 supports up to 15 drives providing 6TB of storage capacity using 400GB FC4 or 15TB using 1TB SATA2 drives, and can scale to 96TB with FC or 240TB with SATA2 drives, offering high capacity and increased throughput.
