Jason Lo -- Co-founder, President and CEO

Mr. Jason Lo co-founded the company with CTO, Mr. Jonathan Kong, in 2002. He brings over twenty years of entrepreneurial leadership, technical and management experience in the IT industry. Under his leadership, iQstor has continued to grow as a provider of affordable, intelligent storage solutions. Mr. Lo's responsibilities encompass setting the company's strategic direction, taking care of corporate planning and management including overseeing iQstor's Asia Pacific operations.

Mr. Lo is a successful serial entrepreneur. Prior to the formation of iQstor, he co-founded and served as president of Integrix Incorporated from 1990 to 2001. Under his leadership, Integrix grew from a self-funded startup to a diversified technology company specializing in computer peripheral, storage and system development. Mr. Lo has a broad knowledge-base with reseller and OEM account development. Under his management, Integrix obtained significant OEM contracts with larger technology companies such as Qualcomm, HP, LSI Logic and Tektronix.

Prior to starting Integrix, Mr. Lo was president of Amax Applied Technology Incorporated from 1987 until 1989, an engineering consulting and computer distribution company. He also held multiple technical positions in integrated circuit design with TRW and Hughes Electronics.

Mr. Lo earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley. He also graduated from the Executive Program at Stanford University's Graduate School of Business.

Jonathan Kong -- EVP, Chief Technology Officer and co-Founder

As iQstor's CTO, Jonathan Kong is responsible for technical direction and defining the iQstor's product line. As a cofounder of iQstor and Integrix, he contributes his computer system development knowledge with twenty years experience in the storage industry. Through is management and dedication to product advancement, he is an integral part of iQstor's continued success.

As VP of Engineering at Integrix, he led the development of Integrix's line of SBus peripherals, SPARC based servers and RAID sub-systems. His operational experience at Integrix included establishing engineering, purchasing, quality, manufacturing and ERP processes. It was here, that both he and Jason Lo, recognized the market shift from server-centric to storage-centric. They directed Integrix's focus on creating and developing networked storage products. Prior to Integrix, he was a development engineer for MAI Basic 4 where he developed one of the industry's first SCSI tape controllers.

He earned his Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles, and his Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California.
